• Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging.

• Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Item was not delivered.

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Digital downloads or perishable goods

• Items returned without prior approval

2. Provide proof (e.g., photos) if the item is defective or damaged.

3. If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

4. Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the item is received and verified.
