How It Works

Start seller registration

Visit www.jayir.com and tap the profile icon (top corner or bottom bar).
If you have an account, log in. If not, select Sign Up and choose I am a Vendor.

Fill in your:

  • Email and phone number

  • Name

  • Shop name and store URL

  • Pickup address

  • Bank details for payments

Agree to the Terms & Conditions, then click Register.
You’ll get an email to set your password and verify your account.

Tip: Have your ID proof and bank details handy. You can update your info anytime in your Vendor Dashboard.

After you register, you’ll see Jayir’s Quick Setup Wizard.
It takes just a few minutes — or you can skip and finish later in your Dashboard.

Enter your street, city, state, PIN code, and country.
This is where your orders will be picked up.

 

 

✔️ Add Your Bank Details
Provide:

  • Account Holder Name

  • Account Number

  • Bank Name

  • IFSC Cod

 Check carefully — correct details mean faster payments.

✔️ Upload Your Documents
Add your ID proof, address proof, bank proof.
If needed, upload PAN, company certificate, or tribal certificate too.


Click Ready! when done — your store setup is complete.
You can always update this later in your Vendor Dashboard.

Before you start selling, check your Store Settings to make sure everything’s correct.


✔️ Update Store Details
Inside your dashboard, go to Store Settings.
Here you can:

  • Edit your store name or description

  • Upload or update your store logo and banner

  • Add social links or contact info if needed


✔️ Complete Verification
To build trust and get approved for payouts:

  • Upload a clear photo ID and address proof

  • Add your bank proof (like a cancelled cheque or bank statement)

  • If you’re a registered collective or tribal artisan, upload your certificate too

Our team will review and verify your documents quickly — so your store stays trusted and active.

Next, decide where you’ll ship and how much you’ll charge.

✔️ Add a Shipping Zone
A shipping zone is the area you deliver to — by default it’s set to India.
You can limit it by state or PIN code if you want.

✔️ Pick Your Shipping Method
Add one or more options:

  • Free Shipping: Deliver for free
  • Flat Rate: Charge a fixed fee
  • Table Rate: Set custom rates by location or weight

Jayir automatically matches each buyer to your shipping zone and shows the right options at checkout.

📌 Tip: Many new sellers start with Flat Rate — it’s simple and easy to manage.

Jayir makes sure you get paid securely and on time.


✔️ Add Your Bank Details
When you set up your store, enter your:

  • Account Holder Name

  • Account Number

  • Bank Name

  • IFSC Code

This is where Jayir will send your payments.

 


✔️ How Payouts Work
You receive your earnings directly in your bank account after each successful order, minus any platform fees or commission.

You can track all payments, commissions, and withdrawals anytime in your Vendor Dashboard.

Selling products in different sizes, colours, or styles? Add variations so buyers can choose easily.

✔️ How to Add Variations
In your Vendor Dashboard, go to Products → Add New (or edit an existing product).

  • Set the product type to Variable Product.
  • Add attributes (like size or colour).
  • Create variations for each option (e.g. Small, Medium, Large).
  • Set prices, stock, and photos for each variation.

✔️ Save & Publish
Check your variations, then update your product.
Buyers will see dropdowns to pick what they want.

When you start getting sales, you’ll handle everything from your Vendor Dashboard.


✔️ View Orders
Go to Orders to see all new, processing, and completed orders.


✔️ Process & Ship
Check order details, pack your products, and hand them to your delivery partner or arrange shipping as per your setup.


✔️ Update Status
Mark orders as Completed once shipped. Buyers get automatic updates.

What documents do I need to start selling on Jayir?

To complete your store setup and get verified, you’ll need:

✔️ A valid photo ID (like Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport)
✔️ Address proof (utility bill, Aadhaar with address, or rental agreement)
✔️ Bank proof (cancelled cheque, passbook copy, or bank statement)
